What began as an emerging format has grown into a major premium sports product, delivering real-time match scores, live results, schedules and storylines across hundreds of digital screens in airports, rail, retail and street furniture environments nationwide during the AO tournament window. Across multiple years, I have been a core contributor to the creative development of this product. I played a significant role in establishing the initial visual language, and have continued to design, refine and evolve the typography, motion, hierarchy and system behaviour through each yearly iteration. The result is a bold, premium, instantly recognisable AO data product built for scale, clarity and impact within a fast-moving live context. Sponsors including Qantas Frequent Flyer, ANZ and Subway have activated inside this format, bringing brands directly into the cultural moment of the AO via contextually reactive placements. Alongside the system development, I collaborated directly with these sponsors to provide creative guidance on how their brand assets interact with the live data layer, ensuring integration felt seamless, respectful to the AO identity and designed to enhance rather than distract from the match moment. The product has since become one of oOh!’s most valuable summer content assets, leveraging the full national network to reach audiences at cultural peak across transit and high-footfall environments. The AO Live Scores product represents one of my proudest contributions at oOh!: a real world, high visibility, data-driven content product that merges live sport, creativity, commercial partnership value and design craft at massive scale.
